The Chinese Leadership Conference is aimed at postgraduate Chinese students studying at the University of Leeds. In today’s increasingly global world, getting a degree abroad and having English skills will no longer be enough to set apart many Chinese students, so the objectives of CLC is twofold: to help you understand the realities of a competitive job market (in China and the UK) through managing expectations and to help you navigate that new landscape by developing relevant skills. The agenda includes an opening keynote address and three blocks of workshops: Bridging the Cross-Cultural Gap, Personal Skills, and Leadership & Professional Development.

中国领导力会议（CLC）面向在利兹大学就读硕博课程的中国留学生。在当今日益全球化的时代，拥有海外学位和英语能力已不足以将众多中国留学生区分开，所以此次会议有两重目标，一是帮助学生认清竞争激烈的中英就业市场现状，并树立恰当的期望值，二是帮助学生通过拓展个人能力掌握就业格局。

会议由主题演讲开幕，议程共分为“搭建跨文化桥梁”、“自我能力提升”及“领导力与专业发展”三大部分，通过讲座、研讨会、座谈小组等形式呈现
